Before I got pregnant my Wednesday was like: get up, go for a run 🏃🏼♀️, have breakfast 🥞, got to work and see my little patients, have lunch 🥗, strength and core training 💪🏻 or cycling 🚴🏻♀️, have dinner 🍽, finish the day with a swim 🏊🏻♀️ .
When I was pregnant 🤰 it was more like: get up, go for a run 🏃🏼♀️ or strength, core or yoga sessions, have breakfast 🥞,go to work and see my little patients, have a snack in between, have lunch, walk or run 🏃🏼♀️ with my dog 🐶, take a nap 💤, have dinner 🍽 and finish the day with a swim 🏊🏻♀️ or deep water running.

As a mother 12 weeks after giving birth it’s like: get up, change diapers, breast feeding 🤱, strength and core workout together with my son, have breakfast 🥞, breastfeeding 🤱, go to work and see my little patients, breastfeeding 🤱, have lunch 🥗, walk my dog 🐶 and pushing the stroller💪🏻 , breastfeeding 🤱, cycling 🚴🏻♀️ in my indoor trainer, breastfeeding 🤱, have dinner 🍽, too tired 😴 to go for a swim 🏊🏻♀️, do the laundry 🧺, go to bed 🛌 wake up 4 times during the night for.... 🤱
